Wandering for More (OPEN)

A self being started walking through the fields of high grass and cat tails. There was an open, clear lake nearby the field where a deciever, trickster, and unknown werewolf sat down beside an washed off the sweat from his face. He was looking for something, but he had no idea where to look. He started a few days back but had no idea where to go. He just followed his own instincts to where he needed to be. Now he looked up, seeing the clouds clear from the sun and the rays of the sun shown down harder than before. It was getting hotter. Covering up his blue hair, he lifted up his robe's hood and stood up. He then continued walking down the path, following his own instincts, in search for more.

She skipped, simply because at the moment it seemed a nice thing to do. Bare feet leaping off the earth to descend a mere second later, the thrumming cadence of her connection with the ground lilting upwards. Loud enough to call out her presence if someone was listening. Not that Kumari was trying to sneak around to begin with, no, that was rather boring. It was much more fun to skip like this, with her arms swaying at her sides and the glitter of bangles on her wrists shining brightly.

The ground beneath her toes was growing warmer as the sun moved higher in the sky. At first a cool dampness had been there, but by now the soles of her feet were beginning to grow hot. Dodging around a prickly bush, she lifted her hands up parallel to her sides so that the palms would connect with the cattails growing alongside her. The ticklish feeling of plant fuzz accompanied the bubble of amusement as the 'tails' puffed up after she touched them.

Once, she remembered seeing a cat do that. Although it hadn't been all that funny then, since the cat had been scared and had then tried to claw her leg up into little pieces. Still, comparing that scene to now, the plants really did resemble puffed up cat tails. She giggled loudly, the silvery-velvet chime floating off on a breeze.

Her skipping came to a sudden halt, the path obstructed by another form. It was hard to get any idea of the person, as he/she was cloaked and had their back turned to her. Smiling brightly, Kumari leapt forward.

"Greetings!"

Frowning, Kumari tilted her head to the side. The person she had found didn't seem personable... Well, she really had no way of telling. The character hadn't moved, which made her think that perhaps the player was away from their computer? She really didn't want to just wait around though. Sighing softly, she spun on her heel and turned back the way she came. Pausing just long enough to pluck a cattail, pale fingers running over the thick stem.

JingleSloth turned around and he thought that he had heard a voice. He frowned as he saw no one around. He then turned back to his business and continued walking down a path into a forest. When he reached the edge of the forest, he started to transform. His clothes dispersed and he started growing hair, everywhere. He crouched down and howled as a snout began to grow and his teeth grew sharp. Suddenly, there was nothing left on him, but his transformation, a wolf. He then looked around and saw no one, so he then continued about his business. As he walked in, the forest blockedthe sun, so it grew darker and colder. He just walked down and followed a simple trail of which led to a cave. The cave looked empty at first, but it was actually his home. He dropped the bag he was carrying from his mouth onto the ground, then curled up beside a fire that was burning all day as he tried now to warm himself up a bit more.
